History


Early in third millennium; having more than 20 years of valued experience in the Lebanese construction market, we formed CHAER Contracting Co, now taking its place among constructing and electro-mechanical contractors in Lebanon. Started in 1993 as a family group focusing on plumbing and hot water systems for residential projects, we have expanded our activities to undertake projects as the main contractor for the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Water Proofing and then on constructing new Projects and Real Estate Development.







Operations


CHAER Contracting Company carries out its activities in constructing projects of various sizes in addition to mechanical and electrical installations and Real Estate Development. In many cases, it undertakes the projects as the main contractor with an overall responsibility for the execution of the work on a turnkey basis, which may also include “design”. It also operates as a subcontractor carrying out mechanical and electrical installations. Our services and operations are executed throughout a professional team specialized in mechanical and electrical engineering and Real Estate Development who are eager to deliver their best performances and experts to solve such problems developed in the fields of electro-mechanics, Constructing and Real Estate Development.

Planning


Projects planning are executed by specialist planning engineers located at offices and on site as required. All recognized planning techniques and planning systems are used to suit particular contract requirements.


Stage 1: Strategic Appraisal of Project

Manpower requirements and material supply schedules are prepared in conjunction with outline parameters given in tender documentation.


Stage 2: Contract/Sub-Contract Program

Sub-contract programs are prepared based on the main contract program.


Stage 3: Progress Monitoring

Labor monitoring for ensuring that shortfalls in production are detected at an early stage and Material ordering and supply is also monitored.
